Alan joined powers with Kenneth Freed in 1996. For more than 20 years, he was responsible for managing the firm and building its team of professionals. With 28 years of experience as a certified public accountant, Alan delivers a unique combination of services to high net worth individuals in real estate development and management, wholesale fish brokerage and retail and professional services industries.

Wendy M. Nasser, CPA

Owner/Partner

Wendy has been with the firm since 1997 and has over 27 years of experience as a certified public accountant. She leads the firm's individual and trust practice areas. Wendy performs strategic tax planning and compliance services for individuals, multi-generational families, fiduciaries and closely held businesses. She has a diverse client base which include high net worth individuals and professionals; including professors, consultants, lawyer, doctors and dentists. 

Charles Hulbert, Jr. CPA

Owner/Partner

Charlie joined the firm in 2001, and has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. He leads Kenneth Freed & Company’s attest practice area, performing audits, reviews and compilations for nonprofit organizations and small businesses, as well as tax, accounting and consulting services to individuals and closely-held businesses.  

John M. Stanton, CPA

Owner/Partner

John joined the firm in 2006, and has over 30 years of experience providing personalized tax planning and compliance services to individuals and their closely-held business.

Michael Luise, CPA

Principal

Michael has been with the firm since 2013.  Prior to joining Kenneth Freed & Company, he was CFO/Controller for a privately-held family business for over 20 years where he was involved with real estate development, project investments and financing.  

Philip R. Dardeno, CPA

Principal

With 25 years in his specialized practice Phil has represented small, large and multi-state corporations, family owned businesses and individuals throughout the Audit and Appeal process at the State and Federal level.  He works to provide consultation, representation and resolution to a wide range of tax issues brought before various taxing authorities.

Lisa A Saindon, EA

Bringing over ten years of experience in analyzing, strategizing and implementing plans for clients with a variety of tax issues Lisa joined PR Dardeno CPA MST in October of 2011.  Since then Lisa has become an integral part of the practice. Skilled at consulting with clients to determine financials situations and developing strategic solutions to meet goals, Lisa has been highly successful in resolving issues with the IRS and the MA DOR.  

George P. Barresi

George joined PR Dardeno CPA MST in January of 2016 having previously devoted 35 years to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.  At DOR George led their training effort presenting programs covering every aspect of Mass income tax law.  He was instrumental in updating and incorporating new Mass law into the curriculum and in communicating the impact throughout DOR staff.

Elona Allushi

Staff Accountant

Elona joined the firm in 2022 and has more than 7 years of experience as tax analyst. Also, prior to joining Kenneth Freed & Company, she was the CEO/Manager of multiple successful family businesses for more than 10 years. She has overseen accounting and day to day operations. 

Elaine Keenan

Finance Associate

Bringing valuable experience in accounting, Quickbooks and administration, Elaine has recently joined the firm in this position.  Her responsibilities include office systems, file management, account analysis support, billing and financial reporting.

Mari Dobson

Firm Administrator

A versatile operations professional who joined the firm in 2018, Mari brings strong project management and people skills. A former Administrative Manager for a global nonprofit, she specializes in strengthening systems, enhancing workflow, and improving efficiency.
